To punish hypocritical men and hypocritical women as well as men who associate others in the dominion of Allah and the women who associate others in the dominion of Allah, and to accept the repentance of believing men and believing women; Allah is the forgiving, the Merciful.
This verse teaches that the Trust Adhikr is revealed to punish the hypocritical men and women who hide Adhikr and their blind followers who reject Adhikr; and also to accept the repentance of believing men and believing women who by reading Adhikr identify their mistakes and sins happened from them before. They should disclose and confess their mistakes and sins by their hearts before the Impartial Lord, and should help the Impartial Lord by propagating Adhikr to entire mankind, and doing and promoting others for planting trees and organic farming aiming the welfare of 1000 communities of Lord’s creatures as ransom for their sins. In such a case Impartial Lord will replace their evil with good as explained in verses 25: 68-70. To such believers Lord is Merciful as told in verse 33: 43, whereas upon the wrongdoers Lord will take revenge as told in verse 32: 22. See explanation 2: 113; 9: 28, 67-68; 33: 1, 60-61.
